The eggs shell is contained by 90% of calcium. It is rich source of minerals. Calciums chemical structure is almost the same as humans teeth and bones, and thats why it is easy absorbed in our body.

Grind few eggshells. Take some with the top of the knife, which is enough for treating these diseases. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the grinded eggshells. Once the eggshells are softened pour them with one deciliter of hot milk. You will need to consume this composite 2 times at day on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, and before sleeping in the evening.
