Scientist Finally Discover Why Eating Red Meat Causes Cancer

You are already aware that red meat may contribute to cancer occurrence, which is supported by a fact that has been unknown until recently.1

It was found that the problem lies in the sugar, which has been proved in a study conducted at the University of California in San Diego. Humans are prone to develop cancer when eating red meat, while other animals consume meat without any negative side effects.

All mammals, except humans have the unique sugar known as Neu5Gc. This sugar causes inflammation as immune response. It is included in red meats (pork or other livestock), cows milk and some cheeses.

This research was conducted over mice and all proofs connecting Neu5Gc to cancer was random or indirectly predicted from experimental setups. The researchers claim that this was the first case they managed to copy the authentic situation in humans through feeding non-human Neu5Gc and inducing anti-Neu5Gc antibodies. This raised the spontaneous cancer in subjected mice.

Our body is not capable to generate Neu5Gc naturally. This is why our body recognizes this sugar as invader which results with activation of the immune system, which eventually leads to inflammation.

If the immune system is inferior to this sugar, then this situation will result with chronic inflammation. This inflammation stimulates the cancer occurrence. The persons who eat red meat often will experience stronger reaction than the persons who eat red meat rarely. If you manage to reduce the intake of red meat to minimum, your overall health will be bolstered.

If you like to be safe from cancer, you should avoid red meat as much as you can.

This is because humans werent carnivores, and their body couldnt generate Neu5Gc.
